SURVEY

Fundamental to guide the creative, technical and planning, is to photograph the scene of the "before" to assess the state of affairs.
It always includes a careful study of native flora and the traditional local architectural styles and materials.

PRELIMINARY DRAFT

It represents the first tangible step towards realising the dream. Careful data analysis, resulting from the inspection phase, the project takes shape that is made, depending on the complexity and size, of perspective views, virtual planimetric tables and bi-dimensional drawings.
The estimative metric computation concludes the project presentation by providing an initial estimate of the costs expressed, to build together with the customer the ideal budget to be allocated to the intervention.

DEFINITIVE PROJECT

Approval of the preliminary draft follows this step of work that explores in more detail the design choices already made. As a zoom it looks into the definition of the architectural aspects with detailed sections and elevations, defines the Interior in the choice of furnishings and finishes, he studied the distribution of plant and outdoor, flooring and paths, the selection of the essences that create the scenery outside and the scenic elements and furnishings that enrich it.
The project is related to the complete and final estimative computation.

REALISATION

We work directly articulating interventions flexibly, depending on the needs of the client, holding the work technical direction position.
